We have always kept our overheads down to a minimum to provide fast dispatch and best prices. We found in early years of trading we do not get enough calls to employ a person full time just to answer a couple of telephone calls per week.

The advantage of using our Live Chat is we can offer fast responses even 9am until 5pm, and out of hours work 10pm if staff is available to accept your chat on mobile devices. Note we may not be able to provide full support if we are out of the office.

A. Sorry no. We do not allow collections however how urgent they are.

Q. Is it safe to pay using a credit card on your website?

A. Yes, however note that you are not actually paying us, you are paying PayPal who pay us. This means your card details are safe and you also get Payment Protection if for example we don't deliver the goods.

Q. Can I pay using a card over the telephone?
A. Sorry no. We don't have any facilities to take card payments. Note our website does not store any card details.
